Sally is a girl at skool. Sally for the first season is much more of a follower. In season 2, she is a in-between from a follower and leader, and then she becomes a leader and a good friend to Cody. She ends up growing a crush for Flamino. In season 2 she stops having a crush on Flamino and then she finds out that is really more of annoying and ends up stoping. Then due to the spell Penny put on the School, she gets stuck having a crush on him again but she very clearly is moving on based on what the series is showing.
