The main character that sadly stopped being the main character because he was taken over by Penny and it is sad. He is mainly featured in season 1 of Skool/Smool. Frank has the ability to move himself out as you can see in the very small image up above me. To be Frank he isn't really the smartest person in the world or at Skool, to be Frank, Frank is really smart person and is really cool. He is so smart they created a new smart grade just for him called an "F" standing for Frank of course.
